From 1 to 3 of April 2025 the Transnational Meeting of the European project Digi-Inclusion was held in Bologna, an occasion for exchange and dialogue that put the focus on digital inclusion themes organized by Lepida together with every involved European partner.
The Lead Expert of the URBACT program, Ian Graham, has underlined the importance of an integrated and flexible strategy: “We lit a sparkle – he said – thanks to the pilot projects we are exploring practical solutions to reduce the digital gap and developing new competences while also working on motivation and trust toward Digital. It’s crucial to build services around the citizens and to shape them coherently with their real needs”.
During the three days, the participants have shared the experiences that they gained in their territories with pilot actions: training paths for the development of digital skills, strategies to facilitate access to online public services, but also initiatives to strengthen citizens' confidence in technologies.
The Italian partners highlighted the experience of digital facilitation desks, such as “Digitale Facile” in Bologna, the pilot project realized with AUSER in synergy with the SUM project on digital disinformation and the presentation of the activities carried out by the students of Istituto Pacinotti, which played the role of digital trainers for unexperienced users.
