In June 2025, the first Lepida's Sustainability Statement for the 2024 financial year was published on the Company’s institutional website and approved by the BOD on March 25th and subsequently by the Shareholders' Meeting on June 10th, in addition to the Annual Financial Statements and the Management Report.

Through this new sustainability statement, Lepida consolidates and expands the social reporting process that has been underway for more than twelve years. 

The sustainability statement was arrenged on a voluntary basis and structured "with reference" to the Global Reporting Initiative standard. 

The document describes the strategy and the defined objectives, the actions taken and the results that Lepida achieved during 2024 regarding environmental, social and governance sustainability in order to address the global challenges outlined in the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda and taken up by the Emilia-Romagna Region in the Regional Strategy for Sustainable Development, and to create lasting value for the company and its stakeholders, assessing and managing the risks and impacts of their activities.
