The Board of Directors of Lepida has appointed Francesco Raphael Frieri as Director General for the next three-year term.

The appointment builds on more than ten years of experience within the Emilia-Romagna Regional Administration, as well as previous service as Director General of local authorities, with responsibilities in areas closely related to Lepida’s core activities, including public sector digital transformation, ICT infrastructures and services, data governance, cybersecurity and organisational innovation, alongside complex institutional relations and the management of European and national funding programmes.

This background further strengthens Lepida’s role as a strategic public infrastructure supporting public administrations and local communities.
