A shared decalogue on Big Data was the aim of the meeting organised by Lepida on May 22nd, a moment of strong participation that saw the presence of over 60 people representing the Emilia-Romagna Region, municipalities/unions, provinces, health authorities, decontamination consortia, the Regional agencies ARPAE, ERGO, ART-ER and 7 leading suppliers in the market.
In the context of a regional healthcare system which is always more oriented towards both the take in charge of patients under situations of chronicity and long-term assistance and integrated models for healthcare and social intervention, the Electronic Health Record (Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico - FSE) has been chosen by the Emilia-Romagna Region as the preferential joint archive for the clinical history of the citizen/user.

Software & Platforms
Lepida oversees the analysis, projecting, development, evolution and maintenance of software solutions and platforms for the provision of its services to the partner Bodies. In the definition of the services included in the Lepida portfolio, we follow the logic pof managing the solutions centrally, according to common technical and organizational specifications, facilitating the diffusion of the solutions in the different territorial contexts, their integration in the Bodies’ management systems and the optimization of management.
Datacenter & Cloud
In 2014 Lepida started the implementation phase of the model which provides the realization of three Datacenters on the territory of the Emilia-Romagna Region, coherently with the national plan described in the “Guidelines on the rationalization of PA digital infrastructures”, released by AGID.
Networks
The Lepida Network stems from the integration of different technologies, with the precise aim to reach every Public Administration on the territory (Partners and their connected Bodies), with the best possible performance.
Strategic and Special Actions
Strategic and Special Actions consist of three autonomous areas operating on the Ultra Wideband Plan (Piano Banda Ultra Larga – BUL), on the infrastructuring of Industrial Areas as provided by the Regional Law n. 14/2014, and on the study of Big Data Analytics and Open Data solutions and architectures.
